New Client Information

PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION you are required to have a referral stating that you have a diagnosis of a concussion. This must be obtained via any medical practitioner (doctor) of your choosing. This requirement is so you are assessed for any serious medical issues (red flags) that require urgent medical attention after your concussion.

Please note, we are not a bulk billing clinic. We currently do not provide Medicare, WorkCover, Transport Accident Commission (TAC), National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) or Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA) funded consultations. Our services are privately billed, therefore we are able to process private health insurance claims. You can find our consultation fees at THIS LINK. If you have questions about our fees or would like more information about our services, please don’t hesitate to reach out via email.

Your recovery journey is our top priority, and we’re here to provide guidance and support at every stage.

2. A final return to play clearance. Our clinic will provide rehabilitation until the final hurdle of return to contact training and competition.
